Meet Executive
Chef Alberto Dorigo

Born and raised in Italy, Chef Alberto Dorigo's culinary journey began at just 14, sparked by a desire for independence and a deep fascination with food, flavours, and the energy of a working kitchen.
By 19, he relocated to London to join the kitchen at Novikov's renowned Mayfair restaurant, rising quickly through the ranks from commis to senior positions.
Eager to push himself further, he joined the three-Michelin-starred Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, spending two years immersed in the discipline and intensity of haute cuisine, solidifying his respect for ingredients, minimal waste, and the uncompromising standards of world-class hospitality.
In 2021, he rejoined the Novikov group as Head Chef of Novikov Bodrum, before taking on his current role as Head Chef of Novikov Abu Dhabi. At just 26, Alberto leads with humility and ambition, bringing a style that is both exacting and expressive, rooted in technique, but elevated through emotion, storytelling, and intent.
Signature dishes include the Lobster Linguini, Pizza Tartufo, and King Crab Salad, each a hallmark of the Novikov Abu Dhabi dining experience.
