From the rolling hills and woodlands of Tuscany, Giro d’Italia arrives at Novikov Abu Dhabi with mixed wild mushrooms taking centre stage in a seasonal, limited-time menu for September. This edition celebrates one of Tuscany’s most treasured seasonal ingredients, bringing the rich, earthy flavours of wild mushrooms to a selection of dishes, all elevated through Novikov’s contemporary approach to Italian cuisine.
Each month, Giro d’Italia journeys to a different Italian region, showcasing a seasonal ingredient at its peak. No two editions are the same, offering guests a reason to return and discover a new chapter of Italy’s rich culinary heritage. Always seasonal, always authentic, always worth the table.
