From the sun-drenched fields of Puglia, Giro d'Italia arrives at Novikov Abu Dhabi this April with fresh broad beans at the heart of a seasonal, limited-time menu. Running from 23 to 30 April 2026, this edition celebrates one of Southern Italy's most iconic spring ingredients through a curated menu of handmade pastas, refined seafood, and timeless Apulian pairings — all elevated through Novikov's contemporary approach.
Each month, Giro d'Italia brings a new Italian region and a new seasonal ingredient to the table. No two editions are the same, giving guests a compelling reason to return and discover a fresh chapter of Italian culinary heritage. Always surprising, always seasonal, always worth the table.
