One year ago, Novikov Abu Dhabi opened its doors. What followed was something no reservation system could have planned — first dates, birthdays, business dinners, spontaneous evenings, and long tables that refused to end. Nights that became memories without anyone realising it.
To mark one year of those moments, we are setting the table one more time.
The Anniversary Menu is a curated journey through Novikov's most beloved dishes, designed to be shared, unhurried, and savoured. It arrives at the perfect moment: the start of summer, when the spirit of the Italian Riviera feels closer than ever, and every dinner deserves to last a little longer.
